Well my little girl is officially an infant instead of a "newborn" now- she is 3 months old today! She changes so much everyday and is getting so big. She has developed a fun personality and we are having a blast with her.
The day before she turned 2 months she rolled from her tummy to her back but has had a hard time doing it ever since. Today I had her laying on her back playing with her activity mat and she rolled from her back to her tummy. Maybe she just like being on her tummy?!?!
She has also started smiling and laughing a lot. It is so cute- when Andy and I laugh at something she likes to join in and it makes us laugh even more.
She also decided it is fun to blow bubbles. She is constantly blowing bubbles and enjoying it.
We are still working on figuring out what formula is best for her. When we use the lower lactose formula her stomach seems to be more relaxed but she spits up like crazy. And when we use the formula with added rice starch she doesn't spit up as much but has a really bad tummy ache. So right now we are just dealing with a lot of spit up and a settled tummy.
Here are a couple pictures of her that I took this morning.

Hey girl! Kenley is SO adorable. Question - have you asked the dr about reflux? Maybe that is the problem? We had a horrible time figuring out formula and her tummy hurt ALL the time and it was reflux. Also, some of the symptoms of reflux are the spit bubbles - just a thought. Ava takes 1/2 a prevacid every day and it has made a world of difference!! Glad things seem to be going so well!!! Can't wait for these girls to meet one day!
Ashlen was on Zantac and then Prevacid for reflux. We had a hard time finding a formula too. She is on lactose-free formula and her GI doctor in Little Rock had us add rice cereal to that formula for a little bit. She has now grown out of the reflux thank goodness. If you have any questions, email me at bakerhogs@yahoo.com.
A sweetheart, oh my...just love her in the little feathers. So cute...
so cute!! can't wait to see you all in a few weeks!!
